Vantage Point Addiction Recovery offers traditional approaches towards recovery that will provide an opportunity for real change. However, we pride ourselves in thinking outside of the proverbial recovery box and encouraging participants to examine their addiction in new and innovative ways.

One size does not fit all when it comes to recovery.  As an individual, your strengths and areas of concern can vary depending on a number of emotional, behavioral, and developmental factors.  We provide a supportive environment which takes these factors into account and individualizes your treatment in order to receive the greatest opportunity for your growth.   We look to enhance your experience by tapping into your spirit and the parts of yourself that might have felt lost in your struggle for sobriety. 

Sustainability

We view treatment as a sustainable method for your recovery by addressing your core issues related to your need to self-medicate.  One does not wake up one morning and choose to become an addict.  We do not offer a band-aid approach, we look to lovingly guide and confront your core self so that healing lasts for the long-term

12-Step and Groups

Integration and facilitating your understanding through the 12-steps is an important and valuable part of recovery.  Although many have their personal feelings regarding 12-step approaches, we seek to broaden your understanding of how you can connect more with the similarities and not the differences.  Group therapy and interaction provides a safe space to process your ongoing change and continue to receive emotional support without the pressure of the outside world and what is expected of you.

We strive as humans to love and be loved.  It is a basic core feeling that can become tainted and confused in addiction as we search to be whole once again.  One can become over-saturated with their own personal pain and forget the heart and how it nurtures the soul in recovery.
